Privacy
Short version: LARPLAY has no accounts, no tracking and no ads, and stores nothing on your device unless you turn on “Remember settings on this device”.
1. What is stored in your browser
If you turn on “Remember settings on this device” in OPTIONS, the site saves one key, larplay-settings, in your browser’s localStorage. It holds: music and sound effects on/off, volume, day/night scene, motion, DMG MODE and your Count Sheep best score.
It stays on your device and is never sent to us. Turning the option off deletes the key straight away.
2. Cookies and analytics
No cookies, no Google Analytics, no other trackers. All fonts are served from this site.
3. Sound and controllers
The music and sounds are generated in your browser. Nothing is recorded and the microphone is never used. If you connect a controller, the site reads its buttons to play the game on this page, and nothing else.
4. Hosting
The site is served by Cloudflare, which may log technical connection data (such as IP addresses) under its own policy, for security and to deliver the site.
